The ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements and has been known to reduce stress and improve relaxation, vitality, agility, flexibility and regulation of metabolism.
After the free introductory session, a series of 10 classes will follow from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays starting Nov. 10. The cost is $70 for museum members and $95 for non-members.
