The J.V. Huffman Jr. securities fraud case was continued in superior court today. Huffman's next court date is April 6.
Huffman's attorney, Peter Anderson, requested the continuance after consulting with the district attorney's office, citing the numerous documents from several state and federal agencies that his law office, Anderson Terpening, needs to go through to be adequately prepared. Anderson said he hopes to have the documents reviewed by the end of March or the beginning of April.
